The Business Need
Harris Bank, a financial services institution based in Chicago, Illinois, wished to completely reorganize and re-energize the training of its customer service staff.
The Solution
Together with the Harris Bank Learning for Success Team, we analyzed the training needs of Harris Bank employees and proceeded to build a new and comprehensive training system, complete with career learning paths, learning pieces, progress checks and accreditation mechanisms. Together we then transformed the employee learning experience by designing and developing a self-paced, interactive learning web site that enables employees to more effectively develop the knowledge and skills they require to provide excellent customer service.

Before launching its new commercial client call centre, mbanx Direct needed to thoroughly train employees for a brand new role. The role would require the mastery of a wide range of knowledge and skill areas, including knowledge of new and existing products and services, excellent client service skills, and the proficient use of sophisticated new technology.

The Solution
In partnership with the mbanx learning team, we determined that facilitated learning was the best approach. We then designed and developed a detailed, comprehensive and multi-faceted training program that enabled employees to develop the knowledge and skills they required to excel in this new role.
